可持续饮食 Sustainable Diet

最近收割联合国的证书玩,其中在联合国气候变化学习伙伴关系网站(uncclearn.org)学了一门可持续饮食的课程,课程最后是做出一些承诺,摘出来,提醒自己。😄

Opt for food that have a lower climate footprint and try to reduce my meat consumption。

选择气候足迹较低的食物,尽量减少我的肉类消费。

Look for foods that show that the environment ,workers, and local communities were respected in the food production.

寻找在食品生产中表明环境、工人和当地社区都受到尊重的食物。

Choose local and seasonal food whenever available ; buy frozen/canned food is local and seasonal is not available.

尽可能选择当地和季节性食物;购买当地的,没有季节性的冷冻/罐装食品。

Consult the labels to ensure I am buying nutritious and varied foods, in line with dietary guidelines.

参考标签,确保我购买的食物营养丰富,种类繁多,符合饮食指南。

Choose whole grain instead of white flour.eat less sugar, fat, and salt, avoid overeating ,and drink more water.

选择全谷物而不是白面粉。少吃糖、脂肪和盐,避免暴饮暴食,多喝水。

Eat more fruits and vegetables and try to swap animal protein for plant-based ones.

多吃水果和蔬菜,尝试用植物蛋白替代动物蛋白。

Cook more at home ,use local ingredients and test traditional recipes and methods.

多在家做饭,使用当地食材,测试传统食谱和方法。

Shop only what I need, pay attention to expiration dates ,opt for smaller portions, use all parts of food products, and compost.This way I will reduce my food waste.

只买我需要的东西,注意保质期,选择小份,使用食品的所有部分,以及堆肥。这样我就能减少食物浪费。

Reduce food-related packaging by refusing plastic straws and cutlery and using my own food containers, bottles, and shopping bag.

拒绝使用塑料吸管和餐具,使用自己的食品容器、瓶子和购物袋,减少与食品相关的包装。

I will sort my waste and dispose of recyclable materials in designated containers.

我会将垃圾分类,并将可回收材料放入指定的容器中进行处理。

Educate my family,friends,and co-workers about the benefits of having a sustainable diet and our role as consumers.
